TVS Auto Bangladesh Ltd. (TVS ABL) is a 50:50 joint venture between TVS & Sons and Rian Motors Ltd., Bangladesh. The JV is the first of its kind in Bangladesh automotive industry and expected to be a reckoning force. TVS ABL commenced operations in July ‘07.

TVS Auto Bangladesh is the distributor of TVS range of two wheelers in Bangladesh. The company assembles and distributes products through its network of approximately 70 sales, service and parts dealers. Future plans include expanding into new businesses like distribution of parts, cars, commercial vehicles, generators, etc.

TVS Lanka is a 50:50 JV between TVS & Sons Ltd. and United Motors Lanka Ltd., Sri Lanka. Based in Colombo, TVS Lanka is the authorised distributor & dealer for TVS range of two wheelers. In a very short span, TVS Lanka considerably increased the sales of TVS two wheelers and has become the second highest seller of two wheelers in Sri Lanka.

TVS Lanka redefined the concept of two wheeler marketing in the island country by introducing innovative marketing concepts and activities, coupled with wide network of approximately 500 dealers for sales, service & spares. With new initiatives and products TVS Lanka is expected to be a major force in the Sri Lankan auto industry. After the success of two wheeler distributions, TVS Lanka is now venturing into new businesses like distribution of cars, commercial vehicles, lubes, tyres, etc.
