Madurai, July 29, 2006… T V Sundram Iyengar & Sons Limited today inaugurated a new “Dust-free Engine Reconditioning Room” by legendary industrialist Mr. R. Seshasayee CMD, Ashok Leyland Limited in the presence of Mr. R. Dinesh, Executive Director, Mr. N. Krishnamoorthy Vice President, and other officials of T V Sundram Iyengar & Sons Limited.
The driving force for change in engine technology, in order to protect our environment for better future is due to emerging global emission norms. TVS, which has always been doing thing in the best possible way by implementing appropriate technology at all times, has now implemented a new “Dust Free Engine Reconditioning Centre” to be in line with the global emission norms.
Assembling of engine is been carried out by qualified and competent technicians in a fully air conditioned area ensuring that the engines stay extremely Clean & Dust Free.  Once assembled, the engines are tested for power and fuel consumption to ensure performance of engine is optimum in all respects.
