“TVS PartSmart” franchisee module outlets to sell Commercial Vehicle parts.
TVS PartSmart would initially serve Commercial Vehicle customers. The first two outlets will be inaugurated by Mr. R Dinesh, Joint Managing Director, TVS & Sons on 11th September 2008 in North Veli Street & Bye-pass road in Madurai, the home town of TVS Group.  
The company is also the largest distributors of automobile spare parts in the country, handling more than 80 suppliers, 5000 manufacturers and 35,000 part numbers and also markets “TVS Quality Branded Products”.
The company’s expansion into franchisee module of parts sales is a natural extension of service of the group’s existing business. The franchisee outlets will be built around the founder’s vision of Innovation, Quality, Trust, Transparency and Value to all stakeholders. The stores will have highly skilled and trained staff who can counsel and guide customers not only to buy the products but will also provide complete solutions to ensure the customer buy the right product at the right price.
TVS PartSmart, franchisee module outlets to sell Commercial Vehicle parts will expand its network and be operational across India. Apart form Madurai the roll out plans include setting up of outlets in Coimbatore, Salem, Thirunelveli, Trichy by the end of this calendar year and Chennai by the end of this fiscal. The expansion plans include 22 outlets in Southern parts and an overall 278 outlets across the nation by 2011.

The integrated Web Based on demand solution software for ‘on time’ availability of all products will help franchisee and end users.
